Content Copywriter
Write content that ranks, converts and gets cited. JD Healthcare is looking for a Content Copywriter to own website, email and research-led content across our fertility brands.
About Us
JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
About the Role
As Content Copywriter at JD Healthcare, you will own website, email and research-led content across our fertility brands — primarily London Women’s Clinic and KindIVF, with support across London Sperm Bank and London Egg Bank.
Your focus spans three areas: writing website content that ranks in search and gets cited by AI tools; drafting email nurture journeys and newsletters that support patients from first enquiry through to treatment; and turning clinical research, data and expert insight into patient-facing content that search engines and AI tools recognise as authoritative.
You will work closely with the Content Lead, marketing team and clinical colleagues. Everything clinical goes through doctor review, so you will need to be comfortable handling clinical feedback and turning it into plain English without losing the substance.
What You Will Do
Research keywords, search intent and competitor content using SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Keyword Planner — and monitor how AI tools answer fertility questions and where our brands appear
Write and improve treatment pages, location pages, blogs, FAQs and guides to rank in search and be clear enough for AI tools to cite
Audit and refresh existing content across LWC and KindIVF, improving underperforming or out-of-date pages
Work with clinicians and scientists to turn research papers, data and expert opinion into patient-facing web content with clear clinical authorship and sourcing
Draft copy for email nurture journeys from first enquiry through consultation and treatment, and write regular brand newsletters
Track performance in Google Analytics, Search Console and our email platform — report on what is working and suggest what to do next
Manage content through clinical and compliance sign-off, keeping accurate records of approvals and updates
Support LEB and LSB with donor recruitment and patient content within HFEA advertising rules
