Website & Digital Optimisation Manager
Own the digital performance of JD Healthcare’s patient-facing websites. We’re looking for a Website & Digital Optimisation Manager to drive conversion, UX and continuous improvement across our brands
About Us
JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.
About the Role
Our websites — London Women’s Clinic, KindIVF, London Sperm Bank and London Egg Bank — are our most important patient acquisition engine. As Website & Digital Optimisation Manager, you will own the day-to-day marketing management, performance and continuous optimisation of these sites, ensuring they are accurate, high-performing and built around the needs of prospective patients and donors.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Lead and Content and CRM colleagues, you will translate marketing and patient needs into clear website improvements. You will work in close partnership with Technology and external development partners on technical delivery and releases, while Marketing retains ownership of website priorities, user experience, conversion performance and the digital patient journey.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day marketing management and optimisation of JD Healthcare’s patient-facing websites, keeping them accurate, current, accessible and aligned to brand and business priorities
Monitor website performance across traffic, engagement, user journeys, enquiries and bookings — turning insight into action
Lead conversion rate optimisation across key patient and donor journeys, including landing pages, treatment pages, clinic pages, forms and online booking pathways
Maintain a structured website optimisation roadmap, prioritising changes against patient need, commercial impact and available development resource
Translate marketing requirements into clear briefs, user stories and acceptance criteria for Technology teams and external partners
Coordinate website releases and development activity — from requirements through to QA, stakeholder approval and post-launch review
Work with the Digital Marketing Lead on SEO, analytics, tagging, attribution and technical performance
Plan and coordinate A/B and other testing, documenting outcomes and applying learning to future optimisation
Own website content governance — publishing standards, page ownership, review requirements, redirects and archiving
Support website migrations, redesigns and new service launches, ensuring SEO, tracking, UX and conversion requirements are considered throughout
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Strong experience managing and optimising consumer-facing websites, ideally in a multi-site or multi-brand organisation
Demonstrable experience in conversion rate optimisation, UX improvement and using website data to improve customer journeys
Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms and confidence managing website content, templates and publishing workflows
Experience using web analytics and behavioural insight tools to diagnose performance and identify opportunities — including GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
Experience translating business or marketing needs into clear briefs for developers and technical teams
Experience with website QA, user acceptance testing and coordinating digital releases
Good understanding of SEO and GEO and the relationship between website structure, content, technical performance and organic visibility
Strong project management and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of how digital experience affects patient trust and conversion
Desirable
Experience in healthcare, fertility or another regulated or high-consideration consumer sector
Experience of website migrations, redesigns or large-scale digital transformation projects
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern web development principles
Experience with WordPress and Astro CMS
Experience with online booking, CRM, chat, call-tracking or other website-to-conversion integrations
